If you have an issue with your order you need to contact the restaurant directly to try and resolve the problem.
whether a refund is possible will be down to the restaurants own policies and the nature of the issue and because your order is with them not us we are unable to help with this.
Yes, you can choose to pay by cash when your order is delivered.
Just select the "cash" option during checkout.
Nothing, Zero, £0 - we are totally commission free. If you are a business owner listing on your eats® then you pay a set monthly fee and that is all. We don't charge commission fees and there are no hidden costs.
Once you register your restaurant we will contact you ASAP afterwards to complete to sign up process. Once that's complete you will have full access to the system. Until we have completed that process you won't be able to login.
